• Taxes and fees are included in the listed price; no additional sales tax will be applied at checkout.

• Payment must be completed in full prior to item pickup or delivery.

• Shipping options are not offered; all purchases require local pickup.

• Buyers are responsible for arranging and managing their own transportation and removal of items.

• Items must be collected within the specified pickup window; unclaimed items may be forfeited.

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds accepted unless otherwise stated.

• Descriptions and photographs are provided to the best of our ability but do not guarantee condition or completeness.

• It is recommended to inspect items in person prior to purchase whenever possible.

• Property Owner or Wear One agency will not be held liable for damages or injury resulting in the purchase, pick up or transportation of any merchandise offered on this site. Representitives from Wear One will be present to assist it the item(s) removal.
